    Clinic Hours
Central Washington Family Medicine is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday. The clinic is closed on weekends and holidays. There is always a doctor available by calling our office, 452-4520. The medical answering service will take a message and contact the on call doctor. He or she will provide hospital care, emergency room services and urgent telephone consultation for CWFM patients.

    Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment at the clinic. Most minor accidents, simple fractures, cuts and acute illnesses can be handled in the office or after hours by the doctor on call; in either case, call 452-4520. If we are unable to see you, we will assist you in obtaining medical care.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office as soon as possible so that another patient may have your time slot. If you are late, you will be rescheduled or worked in as time allows.

If you have a serious emergency, please call 911 or go directly to a hospital Emergency Room. Emergency personnel will notify your CWFM doctor.

    Ancillary Services
CWFM offers on site lab services and can arrange for most laboratory tests at our clinic facility. Lab hours are 8 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The on-site Radiology Department is open weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. The on-site pharmacy hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please note that you will receive separate billings for radiologist interpretation of your x-rays or for any lab work sent outside the clinic.

    Prescriptions & Refills
Your safety and proper medication are our primary concern. This involves reviewing your chart and checking with a doctor. Please give us or your pharmacist at least 2-3 day advance notice of your refill needs. Refills for narcotics, antibiotics or sedative medicines may require a repeat visit with your doctor.

    Financial Information
We accept most major insurance cards and will gladly bill your insurance company. At times, we may also be able to bill your secondary insurance company. Please call our Billing Department, 452-4520, for more information.

We provide care on a discounted fee schedule. Medicaid, Medicare and Healthy Options are also accepted.
